Got rid of the garbage incandescent H4 for an LED. Will have to wait until Monday to replace my auxiliary/parking light.

Rode 166 miles (we took the looooong way) to the coast to see migrating monarch butterflys. Hope to post pics and vid later. This was my longest ride to date.

Removing passenger pegs leaves you with a pee cup that needs a place to stay. Since I was adding a Powerlet power supply, it's bracket was a perfect fit!

I also added 2-20mm spacers and longer bolts to move the instrument display forward along with the little Yamaha "screen". It surprisingly does redirect the air flow. You may notice Renthal ultra low road bars too.10653864_732114526843206_2925333499149789983_n.jpg?oh=9e1723e6bed42e52d112a59d859c28ca&oe=54EACE8E&__gda__=1423962678_55d121d34c88678bdd8c93b4b576220c
Yamaha spools too, very good quality and improves the chain adjustment as well.

Took the Nimble Pixie to a suspension clinic where I learned all about dampening and rebound. They adjusted my rear spring 2 clicks and recommended thicker oil for the forks. Also gave me the tire pressure I should be using. He recommended more upgrades but I'll start with the fork oil.

What tire pressure and what fork oil?  The forks are definitely too mushy.

This guy was truly a motorcycle whisperer. His recommendations were specific to each riders weight and riding style. Whatever he told me would probably not be correct for you. I'm going to take the bike to him for the oil and let him do it. I don't remember what type, just that it needed to be thicker.

Which LED bulb did you get GAZ?
I went with this one: http://www.cyclopsadventuresports.com/3600-Lumen-H4-H6M-LED-Headlight-bulb-_p_83.html
I'm still in the process of adjusting the beam but as far as installation, its plug and play minus cutting the rubber boot a little.

I was looking at those but was worried about clearance to the head tube of the frame, no problem there I assume. How is the brightness? Thanks

How hard is it to swap the handle bar?
Not too bad as long as you are familiar with and have an assortment of tools. You will need a dremel to cut he nubs off the controls, and some creativity for your bar end replacements. Took me 30 min but I am a bit handy.

@bmichalec, yep, with Mehran's group. You can still take your bike to him it'll just cost a little more. He really knows his stuff.

Instagram: @meekmade | You don't need to flat foot a bike to ride it.
