What did you do to your Yamaha FZ-07 today?

That’s a sick looking front view. Did you do a build thread on that? I’m considering the cyclops headlight but that’s pretty cool.

What are you referring to?

Oops I think I quoted the wrong post. I was referring to a black fz with hid conversion for the headlight, what looks like low profile aux lights in place  of one turn signals and hand guard mounted  turn signals.

Took one last ride on the FZ today and then put mine into storage for the winter.  A very sad day indeed.

Leaving for Tennessee for 3 weeks and when I get back, deer season will be upon me.  That means my riding season is essentially over for the year.

Still got one final ride to go, Vulcan isn't in storage yet, but very soon (next few days) will be.  Another sad day.

Still have my ATV to blast around on till spring.  It's a ton of fun in the snow.

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Today I got Fizzy fitted with a new Michelin Pilot Road 5 rear tire. The original Road 3 lasted 16,500 miles before a puncture put it out of its nearly treadless misery.

Broke it out of summer hibernation to run an errand.  Going up to Payson for Saturday breakfast with a couple of buds.

I have been very happy with the Road 5's I put on my bike.  Let us know what you think of it after you have put some mileage on yours

Cool! It might inspire a person or two to get a cheap beater or a new off road ride to beat the winter blues.

I thought you were the troll that came with the domain when cruizin activated it hahaha, better than being 'Heidi' anyway.

What's your reason for saying I'm a troll? Can you give a specific example of me trolling or are you just a typical liberal that labels people when they hate them? Oh, ha, ha, ha!

What mirrors are those?? They look great!

I’ve been scrolling backwards through this thread but never saw an answer. Did you find out what mirrors those were?

Good ride yesterday despite some wicked cross-winds.  Saw a Mesa motorcycle cop on the freeway wearing his uniform pants and a short-sleeved shirt.  At least he had a helmet..

Just remember to feed the wire through before bolting it on fully.... It's a tight fit

Where were you when I was installing mine? 😁

I think I remounted it like 3 times before I was happy with the wiring of the light and turn signals.

What i did today was drop the baffle screw inside my exhaust canister. I don’t know to get it out. I also for the life of me can’t figure out how the baffle fit inside the exhaust.

Yoshi?

If so, take the can off and shake it out

I did the same thing. Took a bit but I was able to shake it out.

Unfortunately the screw is stainless and non-ferretic or I would suggest a magnet

Thanks. I am gonna take it off tomorrow I just hope it isn’t a hassle to get back on. I don’t have the spring puller thingys that came with the can anymore

You can use a pair of needle nose pliers if needed

If you don't want to mark up the spring, wrap the tips in electrical tape

It shouldn't be too difficult, just line up the hanger first, and start the bolt so you don't have to worry about lining it up after the springs are on
