No Power on ignition (not battery or fuses!)

Hi all, hoping I can get some helpful suggestions here. I've just stripped down my 2015 MT07 (FZ07) for some minor paint work, and on re-assembly, when I turn the ignition key, nothing happens, just dead. Nothing on the LCD, no fuel pump startup.

I'm using a brand new battery which has charge, I've checked all the fuses, including main fuse in the starter relay, and checked all wiring connectors, and all are fine. So I'm at a loss for the root cause. Thinking maybe it could be the starter relay itself, so have ordered a new one.

The LCD display shows the time, so battery power is getting to the LCD, but on ignition, nothing further. Please help! Suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance
