navid
I wanted to do the R7 clutch swap and was wondering if they share the same friction plates. If yes, I'd just transfer the plates over and save the cost of a new plate kit. The part numbers don't match up, but they look identical in pictures. Any advice is appreciated. Edit: I inspected further and looks like they are not the exact same (R7 has 4 different types of plates). jb.junior
I'm pretty sure they are. But the basket is definitely different. Check Partzilla for part consistency.
