liami
I want my new exhaust but have been putting off buying because I know that, as soon as I buy it, I'll want to put it on immediately. I will have to wait one more paycheck before I take it to a dyno near me and get custom tuned. I would like to wait to get the exhaust and install until right before tuning, but I'm impatient with the cagers getting too close everyday and not hearing me, even when I rev almost redline. How long could I go with a new exhaust before tuning it? Or should I just be patient and wait until I can get the tuning done asap? Want DNA air filter and air box cover, too
762mm
You will not need a tune at all just changing the exhaust, but if you get the DNA stage two it will run very lean and a tune is recommended
liami
So I can get the exhaust now, put it on, then tune it all to peak performance after the DNA filter?

yamahazaki
I had my exhaust on for about a year before I did anything tune-wise.

I have had my Arrows for about a year and the bike is running perfect, never tuned. Yeah, truthfully I wouldn't have even had it tuned but I seriously couldn't stand the backfire/popping on decel. If the FZ07 had smog pumps, I would've just put on 20 dollar block off plates and that would've been that but nooooooo I had to spend 300 bucks to get rid of it. Not everyone likes the side mounted Arrows but I just love it, and by mounting it like this (correct) there is no popping at all, must be because of more pipe lenght? liami
I don't like the side mount as much as the underbody, but the delkevic is cheaper, makes me heard easier, and sounds really really nice
