Fuel requirements? Valve Check/Adjustment Intervals?

I put 93 in mine. That's what my car recomends too.
 
But if 87 is suggested I might switch.

Octane ratings in Europe are measured in different ways and so are not quite
the same so stick to what it says in your owner book.
