ShiftHer
Let's say hypothetically I broke off the plastic bit on the clutch switch that sticks out and makes contact with the lever when clutch pulled in. Do I have to get a whole new clutch switch? I have the part of the plastic rod that broke off. Can I glue it back on? IMG-20190928-195443662 Image IMG-20190928-195443662 hosted in... Premium Member DewMan Posted October 3, 2019 Premium Member Share Posted October 3, 2019 Lets say hypothetically you could. But you'd have to be very careful with the glue so that you don't glue the switch to the point it wouldn't work. And FYI , regular super glue doesn't work with plastics. You'll need to make sure you get the correct glue for the material. If it was me, hypothetically, I'd order a new switch. I can't see it being an expensive part. Good luck with your hypothetical situation. DewMan Just shut up and ride.
