Aesthetic Tweaks to my FZ with Fun Quiz

I bought my 2016 FZ-07 new in late 2015. After having it for a while, the quantity of silver started to bug me. When I saw the black vertical frame covers on other models, I really thought they would break up the silver and look pretty good. I finally got around to changing them, and IMHO they looking really freaking cool. It now makes the silver heel plates look like they are custom. Plus I just changed the chain and sprockets with a gold chain and a black rear sprocket. Funny how little tweaks can put a smile on your face.

BTW, I think it looks pretty good for a 4 year old bike with 12,000 miles!

That does look good, I have the same colour.

Another simple mod to improve the look is removing the pillion seat strap.

Just an interesting thought... silver upholstery on the pillion to carry the silver theme back?   It would be an interesting photoshop job to see.

on my red 2015 I replaced all the flat black panels on the front fender and rear tail with red ones.

Looks like a 2017 now.

I'll never like flat paint.

To the well trained eye, there are 18 visible changes from a stock 2016 FZ-07 in my pic above - Can you get all 18 tweaks???

Update: there are actually 19 visible changes as I missed one.
