Johnfrancisjfk
Hi, newbie question here, it’s a bit lame, how do I move the clutch bite point a bit closer to the grip, it’s a bit close to the lever being all the way out before it bites, can it be done at the lever or it has to be done at the clutch itself? Remember and stipulate clockwise/anti clockwise etc! I done this years ago as a teenager but can’t remember much about it, all YT vids focus on the lever I notice? cheers for replies in advance. sorry if in wrong thread, admin move if needed J Edited March 21, 2020 by Johnfrancisjfk

You can move it in a bit by screwing in the adjuster at the lever pivot. BUT this will give you some slop at the full out lever position that bothers some folks. Global Moderator mjh937 Posted March 21, 2020 Global Moderator Share Posted March 21, 2020 I found the bite point too far out with the stock lever but I might just have small hands (no jokes please ). An adjustable lever fixed that.
geophb
Just adjust the clutch cable freeplay some. Make sure it doesnt drag/grab with clutch in (i.e. disengages all the way)
