Known as 'on floor plan'.  Dealer pays interest on bikes on the floor.   Even worked that way with Honda's demos back when... until the bike hit a certain mileage then the dealer had to pay it off.   Bikes on the floor would have to be paid out if more than around 10-20 miles.
