JesseJ Posted April 21, 2020 Share Posted April 21, 2020 I am looking to build a custom rear top rack attached to the passenger seat of my 2017 FZ-07 for my daily commute. To do this I need a spare passenger seat and wanted to know if anyone had recommendations/ suggestions for acquiring one. I'd rather not buy a brand new one from Yamaha only to gut it but that's my current backup plan. kbob2000 Posted April 22, 2020 Share Posted April 22, 2020 I have a passenger seat that was used for stunting. It had the center cut out for a foot hold. I purchased it for the same purpose as you but never followed through. I took the vinyl and staples off of it, but the straps are still there as well as the hardware to mount it. The hole didn't seem to affect rigidity. Sorry, I don't have a picture of the other side handy. Would you be interested for $30 shipped?
