liveschnell
Today marks my 15 hour mark of owning an FZ-07 (traded it yesterday coming from an '09 CBR600RR). It's a 2017, red and black. I'm really wanted to change the red to white so I can keep my white bike streak going. I've browsed the web a little but haven't really found any aftermarket fairings/plastics. Does anyone have any recommendations? TIA
geophb
I believe there was a white fz07 one of the years. The white tank plastics are only about $90 each side for OE piece ( I think they come painted because they spec a paint code, if not then this wont help at all). You need parts 1, 21 and 40 in this diagram in color code BWC1. This is not the only place to get the parts but I have used them before with no problems. 2015 Yamaha FZ07 (FZ07FW) Fuel Tank 2 | Babbitts Yamaha Partshouse Shop online for OEM Fuel Tank 2 parts that fit your 2015 Yamaha FZ07 (FZ07FW), search all our OEM Parts or call at (231)737-4542
D.A.
This same basic topic came up a couple of days ago so I'll reiterate what I said then: I usually buy OEM parts from PartShark.com because their prices are generally cheaper than anyone else's. So cheap, in fact, there's not much reason to buy aftermarket parts. Might as well go OEM. As @mjh937 stated, you can buy new OEM parts for the white 2015 model. The color (BWC1) is an abbreviation for ColorRite code Bluish White Cocktail #1: https://www.colorrite.com/product/yamaha-0390-bluish-white-cocktail-1-bwc1-1849.cfm Here's specifically what you're looking for: $57.49 - Cover, Side 1 UR FOR BWC1 (part # 1WS-24129-00-P1) $53.23 - Cover, Side 2 UR FOR BWC1 (part # 1WS-24139-00-P1) $28.60 - Cover, Top UR FOR BWC1 (part # 1WS-2171A-00-P1) $26.10 - Stay, Fender 1 UR FOR BWC1 (part # 1WS-21513-00-P1) $24.44 - Stay, Fender 2 UR FOR BWC1 (part # 1WS-21514-00-P1) $189.86 TOTAL If would be about $50 less, obviously, if you don't want a white front fender. Here's where I'm getting those prices: https://www.partshark.com/oemparts/a/yam/53a99b07f8700220a4415843/fuel-tank-2 https://www.partshark.com/oemparts/a/yam/53a99b06f8700220a441583c/fender Edited May 14, 2020 by D.A.
