Fan not cutting on after radiator swap.

Just changed the radiator on my 2015 fz07. Everything is working fine except the fan isn't cutting on anymore. Let it idle all the way up to 230° before I cut it off to make sure. Wired the fan directly to the battery and it worked fine. Thermostat is reading the temperature, but not telling the fan to turn on. Any ideas what to check next?

Check fuse #12. There is also a relay for the radiator motor someplace. Here is a schematic of it.

Loose wire in the connection near the fan.

Ecu controls/fires the relay to turn rad fan on.  

Check wiring, connectors/plugs, fuse, and relay function.  The fan itself works you stated so that is a start.
