scat2me
No one has used bar risers? How about has anyone filled the handle bars to reduce vibration>
stickshift
I have 25 mm bar risers, it did increase the bar vibrations but position was more comfortable for me.
scat2me
Were the cables long enough?
stickshift
Yes, all fitted up fine but there’s not much more slack in them.
stickshift
One of the side benefits is that they raise the dash a bit, so you can see it more easily without moving your head down.
dmorris29
I installed these inexpensive 25mm risers from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KMHNKFM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I found plenty of slack in the cables, easy install. Improved the riding position for me, and as stickshift said, the side benefit of raising the dash is a big improvement as well. scat2me
I installed Pro Taper risers in order to install the 1 1/8 adventure bars. The risers are fine although I did install a new set of SS Galfer Brake lines because the front lines were to tight. I ordered a set with front cables 2 inches longer. I'm going to put the original Galfer cables for sale in the classified. They are perfect with stick cables and only have800 miles of use
