Hello everyone!

I'm really loving my 2019 Mt 07. I bought the bike this summer for 6500.00 with 1500 miles. I like to ride alone and rip through a national forest near my house. I just like riding in general but prefer empty roads.

I've done a number of modifications. I'll try to list them here for anyone who might be interested.

1. Full aprokovic exhaust

2. Dyno + tune

3. Cyclops led headlight

4. Dave moss front suspension *fix*

5. Shorty levers

6. Tank grips

7. Tst industries turn signals and tail tidy.

8. Frame sliders

9. Steel braided brake lines

I really went down the rabbit hole of modding the bike, but it's given me confidence to work on the bike myself. Probably the hardest thing I did was just to change the rear tire. What a pain in the ass. I have no prior experience working on bikes.

Love the community here and thank you all for your enthusiasm and encouragement!

Welcome to the group. I am curious about the Dave Moss fix. I have watched some videos of it being done but I was wondering if you have some before and after comparison? I have read that the newer MT07 compared to the FZ07 has a mildly better fork setup so was wondering how much difference the Dave Moss mod is.

I found it to be a huge improvement and the job was pretty easy to do. I'm 190 pounds and I cut the spacers by 10mm, added 30weight fork oil and raised forks 8mm. The suspension is pretty stiff now, it tracks true in corners and doesn't pogo on braking or downshifting. I highly recommend it.
