FZ-07 in Alabama

Picked up a 2015 FZ-07 last night for my wife to ride. She already has a '75 Norton 850, '83 BMW R80ST, and a XT225. She started making noises about wanting a more modern bike, and as I own a T-7, I recommended something with the same motor.

This thing looks like it's had a good chunk of the Rizoma catalog thrown at it, along with a Penske shock and a Akrapovic Exhaust.

I'll be the one working on it, so will be the one asking questions and researching mods.

Welcome to the board norton73!

I bet she loves it.  Has she ridden it yet?  My daughter, who isn't very tall, fits my MT-07 nicely and loves to ride it.  The fit isn't really much different from the 2005 Ninja 250 she's used to.

Ridden it twice now, once Sunday for a test ride, then home last night for an hour home. She's 5'6", so height on a street bike isn't generally an issue. Suspension is going to need work as the PO was 200 or so, she's somewhat lighter. Just a quick check of sag shows the rear doesn't even budge when she gets on it.

That may just be an easy preload adjustment.

BTW, there's a Yamaha TDM850 belonging to a friend behind her.

That Norton is cool, but I'll be pretty surprised if she isn't crazy about the Yamaha's weight, handling, and power.
