I wanted to mount it upright, but it blocked the tail light. Took it for a test run and didn't loosen at all. It does not rest on the turn signal. I bought it on Amazon - "Epessa Small Bike Top Tube Bag,Bike Frame Bags,Hard Housing,High Rainproof,Upgrade Model-E5".
