Cjanssen83 Posted June 9, 2021 Share Posted June 9, 2021 Hi All, After a 12yr hiatus from riding, I'm getting back into it. My first bike was a CBR600RR at the ripe age of 26 or so. I bought it because it was cool. I signed up for the MSF but missed the second day because I was hungover, so they booted me. I rode the Honda without an endorsement for about a year, essentially learning on my own and making plenty of mistakes. Ultimately, I totalled it but walked away unscathed. Fast forward to now and I'm married, own a house and have children. With that came the wisdom of "WTF was I doing back then on that CBR?!?!" So now I'm taking the MSF for real, with a much more level head when it comes to riding, and my MT07 has been purchased! It ticked all the boxes for me: power but not Supersport power, more upright riding position, price point, and of course its sexy as hell. The riding itch never really went away, that's for sure. Now I'm looking forward to doing everything "right" and being responsible.
