Woodcraft clip ons and low brake lever - because of the master cylinder reservoir

So the bike is setup, runs great, it's almost perfect but there are a few things it needs. With the current woodcraft clipons, the clutch and brake levers are not "parallel", the clutch is higher (traditional height), because of the placement of the brake reservoir on the clipons, the brake level has to be lower...you can see in the first picture how tight things are on the clipons

I guessing the only fix to change the cylinder master reservoir to the type shown below, but I'm open to suggestions:

(a side quest is that I'm trying to mount a ram mount, but there is no room on the handle cars for that also, options?)
