Howdy,

The Pro Grip 714 are closed end. Can I just off the end?

Thanks,

Jeff

go for it, but be careful on the throttle side, if they stick you are not going to enjoy the situation

Use an Exacto type knife with a new blade, but be careful and do not cut toward your hand or fingers.  Cut the throttle to the throttle ID, not the handlebar ID.

Use a Mohl...

Thanks for the replies. I'll be installing them in a few days. I'll pay close attention to the throttle side.

So I tried something different to reduce handlebar vibration. I bought these ROCKBROS gloves on Amazon for under $30. Just got back from a one hour ride and they did seem to help. I wouldn't recommend these for aggresive riding because of the gel pads on the palms, but for cruising around they are fine.

Reduce vibration?  Having done the first 35 years of my riding exclusively on a 1972 Kawasaki H2, I didn't think an MT-07 had any handlebar vibration.    :)

Haha! Yeah, there isn't much vibration at all, but I figure all the help I can get is good 😄
