sweetscience
I had to do something about these lousy stock mudguards. So I got flea-bay fender extenders for the front and rear. I used JB Weld to bond the extenders. And added aluminum rivets for reinforcements. The rear fender needed another layer of protection. I used a rubber mat to cover the existing holes. I got the mat from home Depot. It measures 1/16 inch thick. I then cut it to a size of 7 inch x 7.5 inch. Next, bolts and nylock nuts were used to fasten the rubber mud flap. . Save them as .jpg files, they shrink to about 7K, you can upload all your cool stuff. I want a "viking marauder" fender in leather & steelee bits from your workshop, for the Renaissance Festival in South Texas in Fall. How can I order?

Well, the rear fender is a kinda tall. I got about 4 inches of clearance with the sub-frame. Should be OK.
sweetscience
Finally, rigged a piece of clear acrylic to the licence plate. Enough to cover the blast radius.
