Welcome to the board, fjrgary!

I had a bad experience with Cyclops customer service, so I'd pick another source, but I'm sure others have had better luck.

Many plug and play options.

Please choose an led bulb that resembles the two offset filaments of the halogen H4 with a shield under the low beam emitters.  (Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Headlamp#European_system ).  Not all H4 led bulbs are like this and may blind oncoming traffic.

The parking (and license plate) lights are just T10 bulbs, so do a search, and pick from the ocean of choices.

P.S. Replacing an oem halogen headlight with an aftermarket led is illegal for public road use, because that is a headlight modification. Just fyi.

I have the cyclops led on my mt07 and am quite happy with it. I did not need to use their customer service so I can't speak to that, but the bulb is bright as hell and required no modifications to the dust boot.

I've got the cyclops on my bike as well and have no complaints. It's definitely way better than the factory bulb. The beam pattern is a bit sloppy though (it throws light all over the road), but that's kind of expected when putting an LED bulb in a halogen reflector housing. The only thing that may or may not be an issue (my bike is an '18) it stuffing all the wiring behind the headlight housing. It was a tight squeeze, but not a huge deal.

I would caution anyone buying those cheaper bulbs off Amazon, though. I've seen plenty of them overheat and burn themselves out, stop working after getting rattled around going over bumps, blow fuses, etc. Just make sure to read some reviews.

I am also a happy Cyclops user.  I have had it for a few years with no issues.  As 7fold says stuffing the wires behind the housing is the hardest part of the install, but it was not too much of a problem on my 2015.

I had a Cyclops Bulb on my other bike and loved it.  With the fz I'm trying a custom led h4 bulb.  We will see how it compares

Turned out great.  Good cutoff but I need to adjust my light didn't know it was already so low.
