Uber heat "liquid-ifies" Renthal grip glue

Gulf coasts gets plenty hot every year, but first time I remember my grip glue turned liquid on the hot bar. Right grip fine on the R6 polimer throttle tube.

Left grip swimming on the steal bar, cools off and it sets up again. Maybe I did a poor job putting it on, used Rental grip glue because, no reason, it's just a supplies in my tool box.

Grip glue? Pretty sure I've never owned any. A few loops of .020 safety wire for me. 😀

U racers types & your wire for everything - I bet you don't safety wire your zipper?! Haha I've got rally grips with two grooves for safety wire - I just need to get on board that train, thx

Yes, this is going to work, once I get all three wires in place. But I would say that when I put the next grip set on, skip the glue entirely because it still has some "wiggle" if you work it because of the grip glue. I think it will grip better if I leave it dry and use air compressor to "blow the grip" on the bar dry...
