tomlichu
It looks like a nice bike, but I really dislike Ducati stating "take it to a dealership" motto, even for the most basic maintenance. If you are off-roading, you can't go to a dealership to adjust chain tension. Even though it should not be hard, it would have been nice if Ducati actually gives some basic maintenance instructions in their owner's manual.
scat2me
Ducati should just rent their bikes and not have them leave the dealership parking lot. The maintenance requirements and fees are outrageous. 1
Subito
The so-called “premium brands” such as BMW, Ducati and (increasingly) Triumph are all about the “captive customer” approach that ensures a constant revenue stream from mandatory dealer service visits. I sold my Triumph Street Triple R and bought my 2022 MT-07 because I loathed Triumph’s treatment of their legacy dealer network, the mom-and-pop dealerships that kept Triumph viable in the USA in the 90’s and early 2000’s.
