I love TCX and Alpinestars boots, they tend to run wider than Sidis, which are uncomfortably narrow for me.

Found someone selling a pair of TCX Competizione S in my exact size on Offerup nearby for $40.  He barely used them for a couple of street rides, they're practically new!

Sounds like a good start :)

Proper boots need to protect the ankle from the bike laying on your feet.
And are to provide resistance from flexing.
Lastly (but not least) to be thick to provide from abrasion (Road rash)

I am sure I have missed some things

Nice and roomy!

But also more top heavy and overall less nimble than an 07. And a 10mpg hit 😒

Understood.

I enjoy my 07, Lately been a little hard on her. Need to tame it down.
Have the 97 Thundercat (when she is finished) for such things
And 'Fanny' 08 Vulcan 2000 for those cruises. 2053 cc is fun.
