Turn signal button replacement???

I used the search button on here and the old google. And I got nothing. Maybe it’s how I am asking.

So I want to replace my turn signal button with a blue anodized one. I know, I know. lol it was like $.99 so I couldn’t help myself… anyway, I can’t get the OEM button off the arm… I can see an indent on the metal arm. But can’t seem to find a way to release it… the new button only has a slot and a small grub screw to lock it on…

If anyone has any info, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you in advance!
