kmerithew
Hey guys, wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to figure out how to lower the FZ-07 without a lowering kit. I'm a 5'3" 110 pound female and need more control over the bike. I bought it a month ago and still haven't driven it. When I sit on the bike the tips of my toes are on the ground, but I need more than that because the bike is really heavy to me. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks! YZEtc
The easiest thing is to set rear shock absorber spring preload to the minimum setting. See page 4-19 of the Owner's Manual.

YZEtc
I doubt big, but it may be enough to get you riding. Certainly worth a try and the first thing to do since it is what dictates how much the bike squats under the weight of the rider.
