theycallmepo Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 Doesn't happen all the time and I'm not even sure it IS the tranny, just from where the sound is coming from I figure that's what it is. If I'm coming to a stop/slow in first, it will occasionally make a squeaking sound. Anyone have similar issues? The bike is new, sub 500 miles. tim0s002 Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 Hmm I occasionally have this issue too. I think it's from the rear brakes maybe not bedded in properly. I could be wrong as I only have about 200 miles. When I got on the brakes hard. It goes away for a bit. After a couple of slow easy stops, the noise started to come back.
