Problems with brake light and horn. They aren't working!

Today I installed my Yoshimura fender eliminator kit and oxford eyeshot Columbia turn signals.  Looks awesome, I love it.
 
Before going for a ride this afternoon a few hours later, when I was doing my pre-departure checks, I noticed that the horn and brake light weren't working.  I took the thing all apart to make sure the connections were solid and they were.  I looked in the manual and checked the fuses, they look fine.  I don't know what the hell I did.
 
The dealer is closed for the day so I was wondering if anyone has any advice or similar experiences?

Thanks for your help.  It was a blown fuse.  I took a second look and the signal fuse was fried.  Easy fix.  Thanks again.

It must not be easy to tell if the fuse is blown. You are not the first guy here to think it was okay after looking at it.

It's incredibly easy. I was pissed because i was supposed to be meeting some friends and must've overlooked it. or looked at too quickly. I don't really know.
