Premium Member Burtacus Posted June 20, 2015 Author Premium Member Share Posted June 20, 2015 Hey Thanks all! I'm curious about how to remove those plastic plugs... don't want to break them, but I cannnnut not disassemble and mod this bike lol! Here's a pic of one from somewhere else in the forums. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/33459059/hid/10_a.jpg Peace.. ----- I.AM. ----- -Burtacus
YZEtc
Push the center in with a small tool. You will feel and hear click, and you can then remove it. Once it's removed, you need to push the center part out because once it's back in place on the bike, you again push on the center part. Study the part when you get it removed, and you will see how it works.
Premium Member yamahappy74 Posted June 21, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted June 21, 2015 Those things are used on everything nowadays. I even found them in the trunk of my old '97 Civic. When I had my '03 R6, they held a lot of plastic parts together.
