Looking for road advice from riders from the Northwest US.

I am hoping to finish out my lower 48 states this summer.
I am looking for sites and roads that are must do bucket list items in Washington, Oregon, North California, and Northwest Idaho.
If my buddy gets his new truck in time, we might haul out small bikes (FZ-07, ZZR600) and do day rides and keep moving around.
Also, any places to avoid would be helpful also.

Ride any small waterfront highway on the west side of puget sound, can't really go wrong there. I haven't taken any trips out to the mountains yet but I hear lots of good things that direction as well.

Check out Highway 36 between Red Bluff and Fortuna California.

My wife and I recently discovered in WA state, 509 through Tacoma to Dash Point along the water was a very nice ride.
