Has anyone had an issue starting their 7 after swapping out to LED's signals?
Changed out the signals and now the bike will not start, the starter makes a loud grunting sound and ticks
Took a look to make sure no fuses blew and they are all good. very confused right now and I need my 2 wheel therapy >:D

That is odd. Could you have inadvertently unplugged something in the process? Maybe go back and double check all of your connections and make sure they are solid.

going to pull it apart in the morning to recheck everything. I think it may be one set of lights that are on the bike not jellying

Sounds more like a dead battery to me (or a bad connection at the battery). The signals themselves would not draw much, but some bad ground or connection would.

That sucks, rule out the obvious, check the battery with a volt meter. Maybe a bad connection is bleeding the battery?

Grounding is what my thought is as PW Guru mentioned
Going to look in a few hours

had the battery on the charger for a few hours
Hooked it up and after a small delay it started up with out the lighting connected.
Going to put the bike back together and try it out again

If the battery went fully dead, it my not pass winter and the cold temperatures. At first sign of the battery being weak again, don't hesitate to replace it.

Have you figured out what caused the battery to go dead? Did it short? Like cassecou said,if it did, your battery might not have survived.
