enels57
Took a ride up to Mt Lemmon near Tucson last weekend....very nice! It was about 91 F down on the valley floor and 68 F up at the top at 9,100 feet above sea level. It was downright chilly. Look out for copp'ers up there though...they are waiting to nail you with expensive tickets. Also look out for bicycle riders...some of them are way crazier than we are [/img] "Look into it later when the dust is clearing off the crater" - Iggy Pop
azfz07
Mt. Lemmon is always a good ride. If you haven't done so Gates Pass is also a fun ride. Just ride west on Speedway until it gets into the hills. It will let you out near Old Tucson.
Beemer
Looks nice! Are you allowed to camp out over night anywhere on that mountain? Beemer
azfz07
Yeah, they have a few camp grounds going up the mountain. My wife and I camped up there about a month or two ago.
