Frosty
I know this might be a stupid question but can you cut the brake lines to shorten them and reattach the banjo bolts? Or should i just try to find shorter brake lines? And if anyone has any suggestions for braided lines leave a link! Thanks!
ravenlord
You can, with special tooling and qualifications. Find somewhere that will make you new brake lines. Why do you want to shorten the brake lines?
booboobusfz07
Most of the companies that do braided lines will do custom length if you want.
Frosty
My bars are currently about 6 inches lower than stock, so the brake lines, clutch cable, and throttle cables are too long. I called sportbike track gear and they said they could make the stainless braided lines any length I wanted and It wouldn't be any extra charge.
