novascotianfz
Hey all, Hoping someone here can help me out. I've installed both of the subject items and feel the flush mount LEDs might be flashing too fast still. The MD tail light specifies that resistors must be used with front LEDs and that a flasher relay cannot be used with them. Is this due to the MD tail light having resistor built into the wiring harness? Any idea if this resistor can be eliminated and have the MD tail light still work? Thanks! timjh
MD sells an additional harness without resister that can be used with an aftermarket relay. Mine works fine that way. I presume you could also cut and crimp and solder something yourself but the accessory is Plug N Play for like $10. Here's their bypass harness with relay package: Motodynamic They have installation instructions on the website.
danfz07
TST industries makes this and it is adjustable. Worth it for $20 bucks if you want to get the flash rate where ya want it. https://tstindustries.com/TST-LED-Flasher-Relay-Gen2.html Dan
novascotianfz
Thanks all for the replys. As I already have a flasher relay I've ordered the bypass harness from MD. NovaScotianFZ
