Lost wire under seat

Hi Guys!
 
I recently disassembled the seat and I saw the next lost wire:
 

 
 
 
 
I asked to Yamaha official service, and they commented me that it was a blind terminal where some positives and negatives end.
 
 
 
Had anyone seen this wire before?
I think that it was cover with black electrical tape.
