Like the title says I changed my brake and clutch levers and now the brake light doesn't light when I apply the front brake lever or tap on the rear brake pedal. Any thoughts.....?

I'd start by double checking the connections for the rear light (under the pillion seat) and then check the fuse.
 
Also, make sure you don't have the brake light stuck on. (Without the brakes you should only see the two stripes on the sides of the taillight and the middle of the brake light should not be lit)
 

Yeah, make sure the wiring connections are good, and then adjust your levers correctly, you may have too much slack and the contacts may not be connecting.

Since you say your rear break isn't lighting the bulb either... it could just be an inconvenient bulb blow out? Have you replaced the bulb to verify?
