Posted April 30, 20178 yr Hello, I'm a 48 year old rider in the USA (Minnesota). I just picked a new 2016 FZ-07 this week. I own multiple bikes, and I've have been looking at the FZ-07 for a couple years- I pulled the trigger on 04/24/17. I plan on doing 50/50 street/track day. I've been track riding for about 10 years. I started off doing Supermoto, then went to an R6 (that I hated), and last year a KTM RC390. My 48 year old neck, couldn't take the abuse I put it through in my 20's..... I ordered a 2017 KTM Duke 390 to replace the RC. After 3 months of broken promises from KTM on delivery dates, I moved on..... Maybe "bad-things" happen for good reasons??? I LOVE my new FZ-07!!!! I KNOW in my heart, that it's built better than the KTM, and will require a fraction of the maintenance. I already installed an Akrapovic exhaust, and PCV, suspension work will be done next week. I hope to get it broke-in before my double-header track day on Memorial Day weekend. ""W.O.T. until you see god, then brake"
