pma
My local bike shop is running a really good deal on Bridgestone Battlax S21's installed. Is anyone in the community using them, or have any experience with them?

faffi
I would expect the PR3s to last a lot longer and also give better grip in the wet. So overall economy should be better with the Michelins.
gregjet
S21's are way better than the s23's except in the wet ( talking seriously wet, not just damp ) when there isn't a lot of difference. Had them on a project DRZ400SM and now on my project GS500F. Go forth and modify my son...go forth and modify...

I realized though, I didn't need that good a tire so when they wore out I bought some Dunlop Roadsmart II's for cheap that were being closed out. Couldn't be happier with them for just every day cruising. (not racing) Life expectancy is good. Beemer
