Givi engine guards

Has anyone installed these?  Saw them at Revzilla.  They're fairly expensive but might work as a good mounting platform for a pair of hiway pegs for long trips and some aux. lights for safety.  In the reviews and from past expireance I know Givi guards can cause weird vibrations that make them intolerable.  Can't seem to find any others that would work for pegs and lights.
