This position moves you forward and down quite a bit with more weight on your wrists. I would not recommend for the street. In the up position they are more comfortable. For street you may want to consider the 1-in drop version. These should be more comfortable with stock foot pegs. I have measurements written down some where, but the 1.5-in set up moves the bars approx 4-in forward and 4-in down.
