Global Moderator mjh937 Posted February 6, 2015 Global Moderator Share Posted February 6, 2015 Nice write up. Thanks. It took me a while to figure out those plastic fasteners. They were easy to remove by pressing the center (I used a small Allen wrench). To reinstall them you need to push the center pin back down so it protrudes past the surface of the fastener, then you put the fastener back in and press the center on until it is flush to lock it in place. It makes more sense when you have one in your hand. I should have taken photos when I had them removed.

fooschnickens
Great write-up. Would be nice to see one for the tank plastic, too, and round everything out.
magsz18
Thanks for sharing, that is a fantastic write up! If you dont mind me asking, what did you use to re-color the silver parts? It looks very well done!
magsz18
Wow? 60 bucks? That's downright cheap. Here in Florida a powder coating place will probably try and charge me 200. I guess its a "sun" surcharge or something... It looks great by the way!
