OEM black rear rack, anybody know where to get them?

I've been looking to get the rear rack for the FZ-07 but all I can find is the silver one.... i saw the black one on one of the display bikes at a local demo day and it looks pretty cool... anybody know who has it available?

I got mine at my dealer, and he gave me a discount because he is awesome. The part number is on yamas main site, fz07 accessories. Regular price is $185 smackers.
