Global Moderator sorkyah Posted January 21, 2016 Global Moderator Share Posted January 21, 2016 Yoshimura Stainless Exhaust. Not so stainless.... Because of the way our exhaust is routed, I now have coolant, dirt, road grime, and bugs covering the front of my bike and specifically the exhaust headers. Anyone have any tips for getting this stuff OFF the pipes? I've since lost my golden shine, and now am treated to a somewhat dismal beige similar to that of the stock exhaust. ATGATT... ATTATT, two acronyms I live by.
Premium Member fz07fanboy Posted January 21, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted January 21, 2016 I would use a metal polish. If you really want to do it right, then you'll have to remove the exhaust so it will be easier to manage.

Premium Member so1102 Posted January 22, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted January 22, 2016 Yoshimura makes something called "stain magic" and you can get it on eBay (from Japan, unfortunately, so it would take a couple of weeks to get here)
