yamabob
Just curious if any owners had as much trouble installing the Yamaha bags as I did.Estimated time was .6 hrs. The instructions were difficult and the remount of the brake fluid reservoir was baffling. Finally got it right after 2 hours. Fit is excellent, surprising with the one size fits all approach Yamaha takes. Only legit complaint is with the cheap bolts supplied to rehang the passenger footrests. 6mm Philips head is not able to take the torque required and the tool spun in the bolt while tightening. Looks like the bags are here to stay! (I can't remove the brackets) Will post pics as I convert the FZ07 to a touring rig with tank and tail bags waiting to be installed. Why did I sell the R1100RS.....Answer, the FZ is more fun!
