I want to try a windscreen that works with my custom headlight setup. Since I removed the entire headlight assembly I don't have the 4 points that are usually used for mounting windscreens on this bike.
 
I was wondering if anyone was using a universal windscreen that mounts to their handlebars and if they had any pics.

Welp, I ordered the one I linked in my first post. The rain is killing my electronics there without any cover. Unfortunately there is a nearly 2-week shipping time (China [HASH]1) so it will be a while before I can try it out.

haha yeah, I saw the 2 little indents at the bottom of it and thought they might nearly-perfectly fit the headlight spacing:

wah? Those round parts attach around the handle bar, and the long silver rod adjusts in and out to put it farther or closer to the handlebar, and then "T" part of the rod is where the screen is mounted onto. At least I hope.

This kind of screen is VERY common State-side. maybe you don't like the USA prices but lots out there in retail.

Price wasn't a factor. It was more due to search-laziness. I just searched "handlebar mount windscreen" and bought the first thing I saw. Now I'll know for next time...
