Progressive Motorcycle Show in Washington DC this Weekend

Heads-up for the Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC folks!!!
 
This weekend 1/6-8 is when the big Progressive Motorcycle Show is at the Convention Center in Washington DC. If you have never been to one of these, it's a lot of fun, and the best way to see all the newest stuff at one time. Check out this link for the info about it, and have a great time if you go!

It was in LA in November and I ended up going. Lots of great new bikes to check out.

Strangely enough, I'm looking forward to checking out the new Kawsaki 300 Versys at the show.

The cool thing about going to one of these big shows is that you can quickly make a decision on a bunch of bikes and gear all in a couple of hours. The bikes no longer on the maybe list are:
 
Kawasaki 300 Versys
Kawasaki Z900
Kawasaki KLX140G
Yamaha FZ-10
Yamaha FJ-09
Royal Enfield Continental GT
Suzuki GSX-S1000
 
Most are too tall, and the rest just don't fit me right.
 
The one that got added to the maybe list is the Royal Enfield Classic 500. It fit well, and was a damn good looking bike, plus they give test rides.
 
The one thing that boarderline shocked me was how crappy the Shoei Neotec helmet is.
